The Neighborhood
Laguna Surf sits in a small gated community tucked off Highway 98 in Laguna Beach, the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. The neighborhood beach walkovers along Front Beach Road are about half a mile away. Nearby favorites include Squidly's Seafood for a takeout shrimp boil, Thomas Donut & Snack Shop across from the beach, Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar, and Barbacoa Mexican Grill. Pier Park's shopping, dining and the Russell-Fields Pier are about 10 minutes east, while Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell and the 30A beach towns are a short drive west.
Getting Around
A car is recommended. The driveway fits 2 vehicles and the garage fits 1-2 compact vehicles; overnight street parking is not permitted by the HOA. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about 25 minutes away.

Home rules
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.
Parking: To help us comply with neighborhood HOA requirements, please note that overnight parking is not permitted on neighborhood streets or sidewalks. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles and the garage can accommodate 1-2 compact vehicles. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked on the roadway outside of the neighborhood overnight.
Please plan accordingly, as the HOA reserves the right to tow vehicles that do not follow the neighborhood parking rules. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
Quiet Hours 10pm-8am
No Smoking indoors or on screened in patio. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.
No Pets
Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.
No mailbox on property available for deliveries.
The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.
